Content Marketing


This new module focuses on understanding your audience and developing effective meaningful and engaging content. You will learn tips and tools on how to write clearly and concisely that is relevant to your audience. You will also explore the various digital platforms used to reach your audience and how content needs to be adapted for these platforms.


This module also takes a look at inbound marketing, focusing on attracting customers through relevant and helpful content and adding value at every stage in your customer's buying journey. With inbound marketing, potential customers find you through channels like blogs, search engines, and social media.


There are three key rules to developing good content

  1. Decide on a story
  2. Write for your audience, ensuring you adopt a tone which not only represents your brand but which is also suitable for your audience
  3. Decide on your channels and adapt your content accordingly
