Course Overview
This course deals with the process of controlling cash within an SME. The material covered enables the owner/manager of an SME to learn techniques and systems that can be implemented in the workplace to improve cashflow.
The factors that lead to negative cashflow are explored so the SME owner/manager can address same and implement changes to enhance the cashflow of the business. This course will equip the SME owner/manager with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with the cash control function of their business.

Course Objectives
The course aims to impart specific knowledge relating to cashflow management. Key areas concerning cashflow control are covered to enable the SME owner/manager identify areas of weakness currently inherent in their business and options to strengthen cashflow.
