Project leadership and team skills play an essential part in developing a business to meet the demands of the future. In any project, people from different disciplines and with complimentary skills will need to work together to achieve a common goal within constraints of time and budgets.

• Understand the role of the project leader and project sponsor
• Use the project management process to define the project terms of reference, prepare a project plan and budget
• Develop skills in planning, monitoring and communicating to control and achieve successful project outcomes
