This Certificate consists of 6 two day modules on selected dates:

• Finance for the non Finance Manager
• Report Writing
• Presentation Skills

All modules are run on a workshop basis and participants are required to commit to self study.

Participants should have a minimum 3 years supervisory, team leader or management experience. On successful completion of the programme participants will receive a Certificate in Personal & Professional Development awarded by the University of Ulster.  Part of the  Making it Count Series
