This interactive 3 hour session (half-day or evening course) involves a combination of lecturing, trainer-led discussion and group exercises. It will examine how digital has changed relationships between businesses and customers, current trends and how digital affects your marketing strategy. You will learn practical skills on how to approach, structure, deliver and measure a digital marketing strategy for your business.
