About the course
Coaching is a process for working with someone to help them raise their self-awareness in order to achieve their goals, and those of the organisaiton they work within. As a management technique it is designed to help people to find solutions to challenges for themselves, supporting their autonomy and building their problem-solving skills.

Developing the skills to become a leader with a Coaching style can make you stand out among peers within your organisation, and allow you to add tangible value to every project and interaction you participate in.
Our Coaching Skills for Leaders programme helps learners to discover insights on their own abilities to coach, the skill sets that are needed in order to coach someone successfully, the do’s and don’ts of the process, and the reasons why organisations are adopting coaching style management disciplines.
