John Ryan, Global Process Owner – Invoice to Pay at Pfizer - Adv Dip Mgt Practice
This was an excellent course for both a new manager or a more experienced one. The interactive nature of the course with fellow students and learning during various classes is key to this courses success. The spread of students from big companies to small, public sectors to charity groups ensured a balanced mix and varied discussion which enhanced the learning experience further. Highly recommend this course.

The Advanced Diploma in Management Practice (ADMP) provides participants with an internationally recognised management qualification in a very ‘cost & time effective’ format and which can progress to a ‘BSc (hons) in Management Practice’.

In the current climate, you have got to think strategically, work smarter and achieve more.  Success now hinges on your ability to be innovative, proactive and part of a dynamic professional management team.

Delivered in six two day modules, the Advanced Diploma means that time spent out of the office, is kept to a minimum. All classes take place in the training suites of Irish Times Training, The Irish Times Building on Tara Street.

Our approach to executive development moves this programme beyond the realms of normal “training” interventions to one grounded in the principles of action learning, appreciative enquiry and lasting behavioural change that, in turn, drives cultural alignment.

As part of that ethos while ensuring the maximum transfer of learning is achieved you will complete a number of company specific assignments relating to each module.  This will not only broaden and deepen your management understanding but ultimately will enhance your capability as a proactive contributor to the business while delivering genuine bottom-line value.

The Diploma is designed for

  • Experienced managers who want to update and or formalise their knowledge
  • Experienced executives who want to develop a career in general management
  • Specialists who wish to broaden their knowledge of management
  • Owner managers

Flexible payment options are making the Advanced Diploma a very attractive choice for 2013.
