This webinar walks us through how stress works in our system and developed as an adaptive behavior to protect us.

Understanding the mechanism we then look at practical and useful ways to build resilience in each of the 4 domains and the actions we can take on a daily basis to create and sustain the hardiness to ensure we can continue to thrive and flourish despite the challenges we face.
