I set up Sales Growth in October 2018 with an ambition to help medium size enterprise grow their business. Sales Growth collaborates with clients to develop their growth strategy supported by a clear plan and working with the teams to achieve the targets set. My 20 years’ experience as a successful business development professional within the hotel and service sector are key to my success.
“It has given me the appetite to continue my learning journey.”
I was looking for a programme that would include modules on finance, content marketing, eCommerce, analytics and website which were covered on the Springboard+ Entrepreneurs Programme from Irish Times Training & Ulster University. The programme also gives access to many other entrepreneurs including tutors, other programme participants of whom some are now good friends and the opportunity to interview successful entrepreneurs as part of the Leadership Practice assignment. This aspect has been invaluable; learning in a dynamic and non-judgmental environment.
The location was excellent, and the Irish Times Training team ensured we were well taken care of with refreshments and learning materials every week. It has given me the appetite to continue my learning journey.
“The assignments challenged me to interrogate my business idea, refine my thinking and to embrace the fact that this as a journey with lots of learning along the way!
My biggest challenge was moving from being part of a large corporate brand to developing my own brand which was daunting, however the assignments within the programme including Personal Effectiveness, Management Project along with Leadership Practice supported me to develop my Sales Growth brand and build my confidence. The assignments challenged me to interrogate my business idea, refine my thinking and to embrace the fact that this was a journey with lots of learning along the way!
For anyone considering the programme I would certainly recommend it on many levels and as Clint Eastwood once said “What you put into life is what you get out of it”
