Online Study Options with University of Derby

Irish Times Training is delighted to partner with the University of Derby Online Learning (UDOL) to offer high quality, part-time and 100% online study options.

The affiliation offers clients flexibility and access to a range of over 50 online Bachelors and Masters programmes that are particularly suited to busy professionals. All UDOL online degrees are subject to the same rigorous quality standards as on-campus courses with many accredited by professional bodies such as the British Psychological Society and Chartered Management Institute. This further demonstrates the practical relevance of the courses and reassurance of an industry recognised qualification.

Learning materials are presented in an interactive and engaging way encompassing live web chats, Skype sessions, café forums and wikis. While studying a UDOL degree you’ll be learning alongside a global network of likeminded professionals, allowing you to discover and share cultural differences and innovations within your subject area.

If you’ve already studied at another institution, completed a training course or have experience equivalent to one or more modules on your chosen course, you may be able to translate this prior learning into credits. These credits are put towards your course modules so that you don’t have to study them again.

Choosing to study online, in some respects, can be challenging as it requires self-motivation, good organisational skills and a dedication to completing your studies. However, it also offers flexibility to study at times which suit you and eliminates the need to travel to campus.
