Skillnet Ireland Management Development have teamed up with Ulster University and Irish Times Training to offer this Honours Degree Programme at a subsidised rate. This 2 year part-time programme will equip managers with self-awareness, knowledge, skills, behaviours and attitudes to develop both themselves and their business to perform more effectively in an ever changing working environment.
The programme offers a transformational learning experience for those who, as part of their personal development, are keen to pursue a management qualification as well as benefit from a practically orientated management programme. It is relevant to those who do not have a specific academic background in management, as well as to those who wish to develop their existing management skills.
Accredited by Ulster University, the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management Practice is a comprehensive and practically orientated degree programme designed to enhance strategic thinking.
Participants who successfully complete Year 1 are awarded an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice while participants who successfully complete Year 2 are awarded a BSc (Hons) in Management Practice.
Middle to senior managers who want to work towards an accredited academic qualification whilst implementing immediate and practical change in their business or organisation.
The subsidised cost of the programme is €2,500 per person per year. This includes all training, course materials, tutor support, assessment, certification, lunches and refreshments.
