Course Overview

Whether you have just been promoted to manager or have been leading teams for some time, getting the most from your people and create a high performing team is probably the greatest challenge of any manager. Fortunately, people management is a set of skills that can be learned and practiced like any other. This course will equip you with the skills to manage effectively and to step in to your role with confidence.

This people management course blends coach led virtual sessions with online content that can be accessed on demand, allowing you to experience the collective learning with a group on the same journey and to pace yourself according to the demands of your personal and professional world.

You will participate in a 1-2-1 coaching session with the trainer ahead of the course, where you will create your tailored People Management Personal Development Plan. This session focusses on your specific requirements which you will return to throughout the course to ensure you meet your own objectives, and allows you to share your particular challenges with the trainer Lisa Hughes, so you can benefit from her coaching and expertise.

Schedule:  

16th July - 1 x 45 minute one 2 one coaching session - Time slot will be allotted

17th July - 24th July - 4 x 3 hour Morning sessions of virtual training, group collaborations and group coaching. (Mornings will be emailed to you when you book on the course)
