Virtual Project Management (with PMP & CAPM Exam Preparation)

This is a 5 day intensive exam-focused project management course which is split into two sessions; one two-day and one three-day. Those completing the programme can claim the formal project management education (35 hours) required to sit the PMP® and CAPM® credential exams of the PMI.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) ® credential is the most important industry-recognised certification for project managers. Globally recognised and demanded, the PMP® demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects. This recognition is evidenced by increased marketability to employers and higher salary.

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) ® certification is designed for those with little or no project experience, the CAPM® demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management. The credential can get your career on the right path or take it to the next level.

The PMBOK Guide® 6th edition is essential for this course. Students must bring a hard copy version of the book with them to the course as they will be working from it throughout the 5 days. The course fee excludes the PMBOK Guide® 6th edition and exam fees.

The course takes place over 5 consecutive working days i.e. Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
